You’re not broken. You’re cyclical—and your body is wise.
You crave a deeper understanding of your cycle—not as a problem to fix, but as a rhythm to honor. You’re ready for something more than scrolling for answers and trying to heal in isolation.
You’re ready to feel grounded, supported, and in tune with yourself.
Join us for a nourishing evening that brings the menstrual cycle to life—through body, mind, and energy. This is your space to slow down, reconnect, and remember that your cycle isn’t something to manage—it’s something to embody.
You’ll experience:
✨ A guided meditation to tune into your body’s natural rhythms
✨ An interactive exploration of the menstrual cycle through embodied learning
✨ A group Reiki session to calm your nervous system and restore energetic balance
✨ A space for reflection, conversation, and live Q&A with your hosts
✨ A closing circle to integrate, share, and leave feeling more aligned and at peace
✨ Resources and tips to take home, including a Menstrual Cycle Journal, a recorded guided meditation, and a $200 off coupon for your first service at Phyzix (our wonderful location, see below for more info on them)
Come as you are. Leave with clarity, compassion, and a powerful reconnection to your body’s wisdom.
Early bird pricing ends on April 23rd!
